     Paul's Mexican Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 stick Butter
1/2 C. Veg. Oil
4 T. cocoa
1 C. Water
2 Eggs
1/2 C. Sour Milk
1 t. Vanilla
 
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
1 t. Soda
1 t. Cinnamon
Heat oven to 350 degrees f
Grease and Flour 9 X 13 inch cake pan.

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 x 18 inch cake pan.
Heat in saucepan, until melted- butter, veg oil, cocoa and water. Cool. In small bowl beat together-eggs, sour milk and vanilla...combine with cocoa mixture. Set aside. In a large bowl combine sugar, flour, soda, cinnamon Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients-Batter will be thin. Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake at 350° for 20-25 min.
5 minutes before cake is done, prepare Icing... Heat in saucepan until melted- 1 stick Butter, 4 T cocoa and 6 T milk. Once melted, stir in 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 C nuts (option).
Ice cake while it is still hot and still in the baking pan.
