Cook chicken breasts in broth in a large pot with garlic, onions and salt and pepper about 30 minutes.

|
Remove chicken to cool and strain broth.
Replace broth back in pot.
Check seasonings and add more salt and pepper to broth if needed.

Dice chicken and carrots and add to broth.
Cook until carrots and onions are tender.
Add peas.
|
|
|
Add noodles and cook until tender. Add water if needed to cook noodles.
Serve in deep soup bowls.

Great if you're feeling ill. Add toasted french bread to make this a real meal. Another way to use leftover chicken too!
