|
Mix canned soups with dry soup mix and add water, stirring well. Add mushrooms if desired.

|
Sprinkle rice over bottom of large baking dish and lay chicken on top. Season chicken as desired.
|

|
Pour soup and water mixture over chicken, lifting pieces to allow soup mixture to reach rice underneath.
|
|
|
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Remove cover and bake 15 min extra if drier rice is desired.

Serve with green beans and a salad for a well balanced meal.
