3 to 4 chicken breasts

1 can of green beans
|

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1/2 onion, diced

minute rice
|

olive oil

salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions |

|
|
In a large pot, heat olive oil and saute chicken, onion and mushrooms until cooked.
|

|
Add green beans, soups and salt and pepper to taste.
|
|
|
|
In another pan, cook the minute rice.
|
|
|
|
Once rice is cooked, pour into the chicken and soups mixture. Heat everything through and enjoy!
