12 oz pkg small peanut butter cups, coarsely chopped
(the ones that are individually wrapped)
Instructions
Heat oven to 375F, line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat to combine. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until just encorporated. Fold in the peanut butter cup.
Drop by tablespoonfuls on baking sheets and bake until lightly browned at the edges about 12-15 minutes. Transfer and cool on rack.
