     Cheddar Bacon Dip

Ingredients
1 pkg. 8oz/250ml soft cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
5 green onions, thinly sliced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
1 jar medium salsa sauce
2 cups shredded old orange cheddar cheese
1 lb or 450 g of sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
Tortilla or Scoops
 

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream. Spread in ungreased 13 in x 9 in x 2 in dish or on a 12 in pie plate.
Combine onions, tomatoes and green peppers. The tomatoes and green peppers should equal in quantity once chopped. Sprinkle over the cream cheese layer.
Pour salsa sauce over the vegetables. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Refrigerate.
Just before serving, sprinkle with bacon.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tacos or Scoops.
