Squeeze out a little of the excess juice from the apple and mix the apple with the onion, chicken, bouillon cube, bread crumbs and herbs.
Roughly chop in the food processor. Add salt and pepper if you like.
Roll the mixture into little balls or patties or whatever shape you want.
Roll them in some flour and shallow fry in some olive oil for about 5 minutes until lightly golden and cooked through.
