     Savory Monkey Bread

Ingredients
2 cans buttermilk biscuits
8-10 slices of bacon cooked
1/2 medium onion chopped and cooked
1/2 medium bell pepper cored, chopped fine and cooked
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup margarine or butter melted
 

Instructions
Cook bacon and brown onions and peppers in bacon grease. Place all cooked ingredients into a flat dish.
Cut biscuits into quarters and dip in melted margarine. Roll buttered biscuits in cooked ingredients. Layer biscuits into a greased bundt pan. Between layers sprinkle cheese. Top off final layer with what is left of the bacon mixture and cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, until top of bread is browned.
Serve piping hot.
Serving Suggestions
Breakfast is complete with scrabled or fried eggs and rustic hash browns.
