     Hot Buttered Rum

1 lb (500 g) Brown Sugar
1 lb (500 g) Powdered Icing Sugar
1 lb Butter
1 Quart (1.25 L) Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
Boiling Water

Heat brown sugar, powdered sugar, butter, ice cream, cinnamon and nutmeg slowly until it is like cake batter. Place in small containers in freezer until frozen.
To serve - place 1 heaping Tbsp of batter in each mug. Add 2 0z of rum. Fill mug with boiling water and stir.
Sprikle with nutmeg and enjoy.
