Place sausage in large, deep skillet. Cook over med-high heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble, set aside.
Preheat oven at 325 degrees. Grease baking dish.
Line bottom of dish with crescent dough and sprinkle with crumbled sausage. In large bowl, mix beaten eggs, mozzarella and Cheddar. Season with oregano and pour over sausage and rolls.
Bake 25-30 min.
