Ingredients
2 gal beef broth
1/2 cup salt
2 stocks celery
5 bags carrots (5 lbs)
5-7 lbs potatoes
1 gal diced tomatoes
2 cups beet
8-10 onions
4 bags mixed vegetables
 
Instructions
cut up all vegetables up on 2 gal broth with onions celery and carrots cook until done
add 4 bags mixed vegetables and cook until 1/2 done
add potatoes cook 20 min or until almost done them add tomatoes and beef continue cooked for 15 minutes or until everything is done
