Ingredients
2 oz dry yeast
1 gal luke warm water
2 oz sugar
2 cups sugar
2 oz salt
3 heaping spoon crisco
 

Instructions
use mixer after mashed potatoes ahve been made and leave a couple cups of mashed potatoes in the bottom of mixer. pour 1/2 gal luke warm water in mixer add 2 oz of years and 2 oz of sugar to the other 1/2 gal of luke warm water mix will and let set
in the mixer add 2 cups sugar, 2 oz sault anfd 3 heaping spoon fulls of crisco let this mix with hook. Check on yeast until it doubles then add it to mixer and mix for a couple min.
start adding flour mix up, add flour, mix up, add flour, until the sides start pulling away from the mixer, once this happens slowly add flour, don't make it too stiff or the bread will be tough, whne done put dogh on table and handkneed until the dough is not sticky. let rise double, kneed down and start making rolls. let rolls double in size befor baking in 350 oven until golden brwon
