Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Servings   1-2 dozen
Preptime   5 minutes
Ingredients
-
 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
-
 1 cup chunky peanut butter
-
 1 large egg
-
 1 tsp baking soda
-
 1/2 tsp vanilla
-
 1 cup chocolate chips
 
Instructions
Stir together first 5 ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until puffed and golden. They will be soft in the center.
Cool on baking sheet for five minutes. Remove to wire rack.
