     Pumpkin cake

Ingredients
1 pkg yellow cake mix
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
 
GLAZE-
1 oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 cups powdered sugar
milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking pan or two 9 inch cake pans
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, sugar, oil, pumpkin, water, cinammon, nutmeg, & eggs. Beat until well blended. Transfer to the baking dish
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
After cake has cooled, mix glaze ingredients and spoon over top of cake.
