     Sweet and Sour Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
16 chicken wings
6 tbsn cornstarch
1/2 cup cold water
 

Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place chicken wings in a 3 qt slow cooker; add vinegar mixture. Cover and cook onlow for 3 - 3 1/2 hours or until chicken juices run clear.
Transfer wings to a serving dish and keep warm. Pour cooking juices into a small saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into juices. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Spoon over chicken. Serve with a slotted spoon
