     Caprese Salad

Ingredients
3 1/2 small ripe tomatoes
6 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese
Dressing-
4 tbsps extrea-virgin olive oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
salt
ground black pepper (to taste)
4 baisle leaves (freash)
Utensils-Cutting board
 
kitchen knife
measuring spoons
mixing bowl
whisk
plastic wrap

Instructions
Prep- Slice tomato (half moon slices), Slice mozzarella (Cut into slices)About 1/4 inches thick.
Cooking- Arange on serving dish. alternate the peices. Put in fridge until chilled and until its ready for serving.
Cooking- Make Dressing= Mix salt and vinigar in mixin bowl and mix togher well, Add the olive oil a little at a time, and mix thoroughly.
Finish- Add the dressing over and put on black pepper.
