In a bowl, stir together mayo, soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice. Tranfer 2/3 cup soy mayo to a bowl and sitr in wasabi paste. Stir tuna in remaining 1/2 cup soy mayo. Note, for gluten free recipe, make sure the soy sauce is wheat free!
Chill wasabi mayo, covered, for at least 1 hour. Marinate tuna, covered and chilled, for at least an hour.
Thread 2 tuna cubes on each bamboo skewer and grill on an oiled grill until just cook through (2-3 minutes).
Serve tuna sates with chilled wasabi mayo.
