Heat over to 350 degrees. Place bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper and milk in large bowl. Combine thoroughly. Add eggs and combine. Add meat and mix with hands. Shape loaf and place in casserole dish. Coat with ketchup, if desired.
Bake uncovered 1 hour 20 minutes.
