     Chicken-Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
1/3 cup reduced-fat pesto sauce
1 cup defatted reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 pkg (10 oz) sliced roasted chicken breast
1 pkg (9 oz) fresh fettuccine
black pepper
2 large tomatoes, chopped
 

Instructions
In a large skillet, mix pesto sauce and 3/4 cup broth. Add chicken and mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 mins, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Place in a large bowl, and toss with remaining 1/4 cup broth. Season with pepper. Add chicken mixture and toss to coat. Serve with tomatoes.
