Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spread cream cheese onto both sides of bread slices. Place into 9x13-inch baking dish.
Prick bread slices several times and top with peaches. Chop nuts and sprinkle over peaches.
Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; whisk together. Pour egg mixture over bread.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until egg mixture is set.

Substitutions- Can replace peach slices with 1 large apple, peeled, cored and sliced.
