Ingredients
1 package devil's food cake mix
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin or 1 1/2 cups of fresh, boiled and pureed pumpkin
2 tsp each ground ginger and ground cinnamon
2 eggs
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to GM4 (175C). Grease cake pan, or prepare cupcake tin
a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pumpkin, eggs and oil for 3 minutes using a mixer on medium speed. Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly. If making cupcakes, use approx. 1 and a half tablespoons of cake mix.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool before frosting.
Cakes will be really moist, and ALWAYS taste better after frosting! Yum!!

Cream cheese or buttercream frosting and of course, sprinkles and jimmies.
