     Jarrod's Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients
30 Jalapenos
2-8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
1 pkg. (15 pieces) precooked bacon
8 oz. shredded Mexican cheese
 
Instructions
Cut Jalapenos in half and remove stem and seeds. Place open side up on cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 10 minutes to soften.
Microwave cream cheese for 45 seconds. Mix in chopped bacon. Fill Jalapenos with mixture and cover with cheese.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
