Combine all ingredients, take small amount of dough and wrap around hazelnut, as thin as possible. When all is complete place on baking sheet lined with wax paper and bake for about 15 min. or until hazelnut balls are nice and golden - cool a little and roll in powdered sugar with vanilla. Or whatever flavoring you like. Great for the holidays!
