     Rise Once Yeast Rolls

Preptime   Allow 3 hours

Ingredients
1st Mixture
1 Cup Crisco
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 Cup Boiling Water
2nd Mixture
1 Cup Lukewarm Water
2 Pkgs Dry Yeast
2 Beaten Eggs
 
3rd Ingredient
6 to 7 Cups of Flour

Instructions
Combine the 1st Mixture in a large mixing bowl. Set aside and allow to cool.
In a seperate bowl, blend together the 2nd mixture. Allow to cool.
After Mix 1 & Mix 2 are cool, combine the two mixtures. Add 6 to 7 cups of flour to liquid mixture. Mix thoroughly.
Place on a floured surface. Knead 12 times. Make into clover leaf rolls. Place in a greased and floured 9 x 12 cake pan. Cover with kitchen towel and let rise once only (this step could take an hour or so). Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
Serving Suggestions
Rub tops of rolls with butter before serving.
