Unroll cresent rolls and separate into 2 halves. Roll out to seal perforations.

Spread mustard (amount depending on your taste) over top of cresent roll dough.

Place 1/2 of link in the center at an angle. Roll dough over kielbasa link to cover the whole thing. You will have double the amount of dough in some places, but that is OK.

Pre-heat oven to 375. Spray cooking sheeting with cooking spray. Place the rolls at least 2-inches apart (seam side down). Make an egg-wash and brush the rolls. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet and allow to cool slightly.
