     Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
1 (12 oz) package fresh cranberries
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
3/4 c orange juice
1/4 c water
pinch of cinnamon
Optional- orange zest
 

Instructions
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, disolve the sugars and cinnamon in orange juice and water. Stir in the cranberries, and cook until they start to pop (about 15 minutes). Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.
