Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

 1 egg

 1 cup self-rising flour
-
 1 cup buttermilk
-
 1 tbsp. sugar
-
 1/4 tsp. baking soda
-
 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
 
Instructions
Beat egg until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Cook on heated griddle (350 degrees) Yields 8 (4 inch) pancakes.
