Heat oil in wok or large pan. When hot, add basil until it becomes brittle.

Add asparagus, shrimp, and roasted red peppers to the oil. Saute for 1-2 minutes.
|
|
|
Add spinach on top and leave sit. This will hold in the steam and finish cooking the other ingredients. After a few minutes, turn the spinach so the leaves wilt.
|
|
|
Add the splash of soy sauce, remove from heat, serve right away.
