Ingredients
4 Ramikins
8 eggs
Cheese
12 Candian Bacon rounds
Salsa (8 Tbsp)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray ramikin with Pam (or other vegetable spray). Add 3 Canadian Bacon rounds to the bottom of each.
Scramble the eggs and add salsa and cheese to taste (or cheese can be ommitted). Pour over canadian bacon.
Place in oven for 30 minutes with tinfoil on each ramakin until the last 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
