Cream together Crisco, sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix together. Mix together cinnamon and sugar in a seperate bowl and set aside. Chill dough for 1 hour.
Peheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll chilled dough into 1 inch balls, then roll balls in topping mixture. Place onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes.
