Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar.
Place on baking sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes. Remove from oven and place a Hershey kiss in the center of each cookie. Put back in oven and bake for 3 more minutes.
