Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bring butter water and cocoa to a boil. Take off heat and add flour, sugar, and salt. Mix well then add eggs, sour cream, and baking soda.
Grease a cookie sheet and pour cake batter into pan. Bake for 22 minutes.
Bring (frosting ingredients) butter, milk, and cocoa to a boil. Take off heat and add powdered sugar, walnuts and vanilla. Pour over cake right from oven.
