     Charlie's Deviled Eggs

6 Eggs
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 tbls Prepared Horseradish
1 tbls Prepared Mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika (optional)

Place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10-12 minutes. Slice eggs in half lenghwise and remove yolks from eggs. In a medium bowl, mash the yolks and mix together with sour cream, horseradish and mustard. With a fork, fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture. garnish with Chives and/or paprika if desired.
Chill until serving.
