Marinate veal chops in Dijon dressing. Cook on barbecue med. heat 5 minutes a side(120' inside)
Sauce - Cook shallots in butter and put in cuisinart and puree with a little chicken broth. Add rest of chicken broth and reduce by 1/2. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. Add whipping cream and reduce by 1/2. Before serving add Maderia. Can Freeze Sauce.
put sauce on plate--then veal chop on top- sprinkle parsley -chopped - over top of veal chops
