     Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion, diced fine
8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1.25 pounds shredded hashbrowns
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl mix everything except 1 cup of the cheese and the hashbrowns.
Add the hashbrowns, stirring gently. Spoon mixture in prepared pan. Bake 50 minutes. Remove and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 10 minutes more or until the cheese is melted.
The recipe calls for 1/2 a bag of Alisons Pantry hashbrowns, it is about a 2.5 pound bag, so that is why the funny amount.

With anything BBQ.
