     Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. bananas, mashed
1/2 c. nuts
 
Instructions
Cream together sugar and shortening. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
