Baked goat cheese-
4 oz or 8 oz log of plain goat cheese
Several tablespoons of butter
¼ - ½ cup walnuts
Minced fresh rosemary (2 tablespoons or less)
Several tablespoons of honey
Preheat oven to 350º.
Sauté rosemary, walnuts and butter about 10 minutes.
