     Baked Goat Cheese

Ingredients
log of goat cheese
fresh rosemary
chopped walnuts
honey
 
Instructions
Baked goat cheese- 4 oz or 8 oz log of plain goat cheese Several tablespoons of butter ¼ - ½ cup walnuts Minced fresh rosemary (2 tablespoons or less) Several tablespoons of honey Preheat oven to 350º. Sauté rosemary, walnuts and butter about 10 minutes.
Place the goat cheese log in a small baking dish and pour the mixture over the cheese.
Drizzle generously with honey and bake for 10-12 minutes.
