     Peanut Butter Crisscross Cookies

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup White Sugar
1 Large Egg
1 tsp. Vanilla
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients.
Roll into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Use fork to crisscross cookie.
Bake at 375 until lightly brown. About 8-10 minutes.
Cool 1 minute before removing from cookie sheet.
