     Shrimp Aragonate

Ingredients
1 cup fresh bread crumbs made from Italian/French bread
1/4 C chopped flat leaf parsley
1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
1/4 C olive oil
1 1/2 lbs large shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 large lemons, cut into wedges
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450. Oil a large baking pan.
In medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, and salt/pepper. Stir in 1/4 cup oil or enough to moisten crumbs.
Arrange shrimp in single layer on the pan, curling each into a circle. Spoon a little of the bread crumb mixture onto each shrimp.
Bake until the crumbs are browned and the shrimp are cooked through when cut in the thickest part, about 10 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot or room temp, with the lemon wedges.
