     Peanut Butter Fudge

Ingredients
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/4 stick margerine
3/4 cup peanut butter
 

Instructions
Mix everything well and cook on the stove in a sauce pan at medium heat until ingredients come to a boil.
Continue to cook for 7 to 10 minutes. Drop a little from a spoon into a cup of cold water and if it makes a soft ball and keeps its shape, it should be done. Do NOT cook until the ball is hard.
Add vanilla and remove mixture from heat. Do NOT stir at all after removing from heat (not even once) or it will be grainy.
Cool until hand rests comfortably on bottom of pan, then beat until it begins to set. Pour into buttered pan or glass pie dish. Cut when set.
Serving Suggestions
Put in candy box lined with foil.
