     Merks Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Shortening
3/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
3 Eggs
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 pt Sour Cream ( 1 cup )
 
Instructions
cakes topping 6 tbsp margarine 1 cup brown sugar, 2tsp cinnamon, 1 cup chopped nuts, (Blend together then add nuts)
Mix first set of ingredients mix well grease & Flour pan 9x13 or tube pan
Layer Cake & nut mixture
Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 minutes
