Bean Dip

Ingredients
-
 2 lb ground beef
-
 1 med onion, chopped
-
 8 oz pkg grated Cheddar
-
 6 oz can tomato paste
-
 1 pkg chili seasoning mix (Chilio)
-
 8 oz pkg cream cheese
-
 1 sm. green pepper chopped(optional)
-
 dorito chips
 
Instructions
Brown the ground round with the onion like for maidrites. Drain off excess juices. Add the rest of the ingredients except the chips. Place in crockpot on low for about an hour. This is a favorite with the young crowd...one of Jodi's favorites.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Dorito chips or Tostilla Chips
