     Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb frozen meatballs
2 (8 oz) cans pineapple chunks, drained (juice reserved)
1/2 c. dijon mustard
1 diced red or white onion
1/2 c. chopped green onion
6 cloves chopped garlic
SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE-
4 c. ketchup
 
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice

Instructions
In a crockpot, add the thawed meatballs. Top the meatballs with the pineapple chunks.
In a medium bowl add the mustard, red and green onion, and garlic. Mix well. Top the meatballs and pineapple with the mustard sauce. Season with black pepper.
Pour prepared sweet & sour sauce into crockpot and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
SWEET & SOUR SAUCE- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together for 2 minutes to dissolve sugar. Serve meatballs on toothpicks while hot.
Serving Suggestions
Add a few carrot sticks, celery, and cheese cubes to complete the appetizer plate.
