     Cheesey Beef, Peppers & Rice

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
3 medium bell peppers - diced (colors of choice)
2 medium tomatoes - diced
1 T Worcestershire sauce
3 c cooked rice
1 T soy sauce
1/2 t minced garlic
2 t dried onion flakes
1/4 t dried basil leaves
 
1 t paprika
3/4 c parmesean cheese - shredded
salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in large skillet or wok on medium heat.
Add peppers and tomatoes. Cover and simmer until softened.
Add other ingredients except cheese. Increase heat to high until simmering. Reduce heat to low and allow steam to evaporate, stirring occasionally until no liquid remains.
Add cheese. Stir until melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with additional parmesean cheese.
