Cook Potatoes , Slice & set aside. Fry Bacon till

dripping- Cook till soft & transparent. stir in
flour , sugar, salt& Pepper. cook until sugar is
dissolved .Stir in water & Vinegar & cook til
mixture boils . stir in thickness
