Combine softened cream cheese, 2 T butter, 2 T milk with mixer. Stir in chives and chicken, set aside. Press the seams of two triangular crescent rolls together to form a triangle, repeat with remaining crescent dough to make 8 rectangles. Press rectangles out to enlarge. Preheat oven to 350. Scoop chicken filling into each rectangle, bring all four corners of rectangle up to center and twist, then press together remaining seams to seal the present. Melt the remaining butter, brush tops of presents, then sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
