     Thai Beef Salad

Ingredients
1 stalk celery
200 grams rump steak
punnet cherry tomatoes

Instructions
Grill steak to medium Slice steak across the grain outward into small thin strips Slice celery into small thin pieces Slice cucumber into small pieces Cut onion into very thin pieces, loosely crush with hand to get sweet flavour Cut chilli into small pieces Crush garlic Make salad dressing by mixing fish sauce, lemon juice, crushed garlic and chilli together in a small bowl. Add onion, celery, cucumber, tomato. Pour salad dressing on top. Mix thoroughly. Place lettuce leaves on a plate, put beef salad on top and garnish with mint leaves (and cashews and avocado!)
