     Apple Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Shortening
1 Egg
1 Cup Sour Cream (8oz.)
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 Cups Cut - Up Apples
 
Topping
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cups Walnuts (Chopped)
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Butter
Instructions
Mix top ingredients together and put into a 9 X 13 pan.
Mix topping together and pour onto top of raw cake.
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes
