     Apple Cobbler

Ingredients
4 Large Apples
Water
Sugar
While Cooking Mix
1 Cup Sugar
2 tsp. Butter
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
 
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
Cinnamom
Sugar
Instructions
Peel and dice 4 large apples. Add water and sugar to sweeten. Boil until done. Pour into a glass baking dish.
Mix topping together.
Spoon mixture over cooked apples.
Sprinkle topping with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350 until done.
