     Sour Cream Coffee Cake

1 cup margarine, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 egss
1 teaspon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup brown sugar for topping
1/2 cup white sugar for topping
1 teaspoon cinnamon for topping

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix together dry ingredients and add alternatively with sour cream. Divide batter in half. Spread one half in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle half the topping on the batter. Dollop the remaining better over the topping. Spread the batter carefully over the topping. Sprinkle the reamaining topping on the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes. Once cake has cooled drizzle with a mixture of powder sugar and water.
